1. Acceptance
By using Fileo you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use means you accept the changes.
2. What Fileo is
Fileo is a temporary file sharing service. You upload a file, get a short link, and share it. Files are automatically deleted when their expiry time passes. We are not a cloud storage provider — files are not intended to be kept permanently.
3. Your files
You retain full ownership of any files you upload. By uploading, you grant Fileo a limited license to store and serve the file solely for the purpose of delivering it to your recipients. We do not access, read, or share your files except as required to operate the service.
4. Prohibited content
You may not upload files that contain malware, viruses, or any malicious code; illegal content of any kind; content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights; or content that violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any file and terminate any account at our discretion.
5. Free plan limits
Free accounts may upload files up to 500 MB each, hold a maximum of 3 active links at once, and use up to 500 MB of total storage. Links expire after 1 hour or 24 hours. These limits may change over time.
6. Pro plan
Pro accounts receive increased limits including up to 10 GB per file, up to 10 active links, 3 GB weekly storage, extended expiry options, and access to advanced features such as password protection, download limits, access control, and malware scanning. Pro is currently in testing mode — no payment is required during this period.
7. File deletion
Files are deleted automatically when their expiry time passes. We do not guarantee any minimum retention period beyond what is shown at upload time. We may delete files earlier if they are found to violate these terms.
8. Disclaimer
Fileo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost files, failed uploads, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Use it for non-critical transfers — always keep copies of important files.
